This is me. Cloud enthusiast, FOSS Supporter & Linux Consultant by day & night. And the rumour is right, I never sleep… almost.!

A Linux Server Administrator who has been in the field for over 4 years, exposed to various technology and tool stacks. As a Systems Engineer, I am good at troubleshooting, doing research and learning about new tools/technologies to achieve the requirements efficiently. Automation is one of the vital skills that I possess and have employed throughout my career as an administrator/engineer, using various tools (mostly Bash scripts and Ansible).

My experience revolves around: Nginx, Apache2, Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, Bash scripts, MySQL, Ansible, Phusion Passenger, PHP-FPM, popular PHP CMS deployment (WordPress, Drupal, …), DNS, iptables, memcached, Redis, Git, Docker. Also I know my way around popular services including: AWS, Linode, DigitalOcean, Github, CloudFlare. Tasks I have performed include: server provisioning, server monitoring setup, web server optimization (cache, tuning), backup system setup, corrupt database restoration, database replication setup, point-in-time database recovery.
